From Daejeon to Jeonju
March 21, 2026. Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Provincial Government Performance Hall. 447 participants gathered for the third edition of Crypto Circuit.
From Yecheon to Daejeon, and now Jeonju. With each edition, the program has deepened and diversified. The third circuit featured the most varied lineup yet — covering DeFi, global partnerships, the nature of money, and real estate tokenization.
Morning Session: DeFi and Global Partnerships
The morning began at 10:10 AM with "Everything About DeFi — Part 1," a 50-minute session covering the fundamentals of decentralized finance and how it works, opening the door to DeFi for participants.
Next, Paul Kim (CEO, New Frontier Labs) delivered a 50-minute presentation on "The Fypher Project and Its Partnership with Mobick." This session offered a concrete look at how the BTCMobick ecosystem is connecting with global projects — a first for the Crypto Circuit series.
Afternoon Session: The Essence of Money
The centerpiece of the afternoon was Professor Lee Kwanghee (Hanyang University)'s lecture, "The Language of Money." Over 90 minutes, he explored what money truly is and how it communicates with society, approaching the topic with academic depth. It was a session that invited participants to consider the meaning of Bitcoin and Mobick not as mere technological products, but as monetary phenomena.
Metanomia researcher Park Suhoon led a 45-minute discussion on "Owning a Gangnam Apartment" — exploring the intersection of traditional real estate and tokenized assets, and connecting with participants on a highly practical level.
The day concluded with Professor Oh Taemin's 90-minute lecture on "The Great Crypto Finance Transformation," mapping out how crypto is reshaping traditional financial systems and identifying the core drivers of that shift.
What Circuit #3 Showed Us
Circuit #1: 586. Circuit #2: 649. Circuit #3: 447. On the surface, the numbers dipped — but the fact that hundreds consistently gather from across the country proves the stable demand for Crypto Circuit.
What stood out most in the third edition was the program's evolution. DeFi, a global partnership with Fypher, an academic lecture on the nature of money, a real estate tokenization discussion — the sessions moved beyond basic blockchain education into topics that connect directly to real life and finance.
Starting from Yecheon, passing through Daejeon, and now Jeonju — Crypto Circuit continues to tour the nation and grow.
