BTCMobick and the Vision of Whale Hunting
Today, let’s talk about BTCMobick’s boldest vision: Whale Hunting. It’s a groundbreaking project that no one has ever attempted before. Curious? Take just five minutes to read, and you may glimpse one of the most dynamic events shaping your future.

BTCMobick
What is BTCMobick?
BTCMobick was born in 2019 as a hard fork of Bitcoin.
From early 2023, it was distributed for free through an airdrop to ecosystem participants.
As recipients began trading—recovering sunk costs or realizing short-term profits—a market price naturally emerged.
Today, BTCMobick has stabilized at around ₩250,000 per coin(about U$180/coin), sustained by a strong domestic community.
But this is just the beginning.
For BTCMobick to break out of Korea and rise as a global phenomenon, it needs a unique catalyst.
That catalyst is the Whale Hunting Project.
Defining Whale Hunting
Whale Hunting is the process of verifying the reality of so-called “Sleeping Bitcoins”—the unspent Bitcoin outputs (UTXO) that have remained untouched for years.
Here’s how it works:
BTCMobick will take a snapshot of Bitcoin’s UTXO ledger over a designated period, with the exact schedule to be announced in the future.
Every Bitcoin holder can claim BTCMobick by proving ownership of their private key—either in a 1:1 equivalent amount or at a designated ratio to be determined..
Coins successfully claimed are proven “alive.”
Coins never claimed (due to lost keys, death, or abandonment) are deemed irretrievably lost.
Unclaimed BTCMobick can then be redirected—burned, or transformed into community resources such as DAO funds, developer rewards, and global expansion campaigns.
Technical Framework
Ledger Copy (UTXO Snapshot)
A specific Bitcoin block is chosen.
Its UTXO set is cloned into the BTCMobick mainnet.
Holders gain the right to claim equivalent BTCMobick.
Claim Mechanism
Users submit a transaction signed with their Bitcoin private key.
Verified signature → BTCMobick delivered.
Invalid or impossible signature → claim denied.
Handling Lost Assets
Unclaimed UTXOs are considered lost.
These become ecosystem assets for DAO funding, incentives, and global outreach.
Strategic Significance
Eliminating Bitcoin’s Uncertainty
Over 4 million BTC are thought to be permanently lost.
Yet this remains unverified. Whale Hunting is the first concrete method to prove what is alive and what is gone.Monetizing Lost Coins
While abandoned BTC remain dormant forever, in BTCMobick those same balances can be repurposed as growth fuel—creating a value engine Bitcoin does not have.Global Attention
The very act of “waking up sleeping Bitcoins” will capture worldwide attention.
Imagine the headlines if Satoshi’s wallet or early whales finally move—or remain silent.
BTCMobick will be at the center of that debate.
Roadmap
Decide snapshot timing, claim conditions, and scale.
Publicly release nodes and consensus rules.
Announce the snapshot globally, then execute.
Open the claim period for private key holders.
Confirm living whales and record the extinction of dead ones.
Convert unclaimed assets into ecosystem funds and global initiatives.
Expected Outcomes
Resolve Bitcoin’s uncertainty: For the first time, we can quantify how much of Bitcoin is truly gone.
Establish BTCMobick’s unique identity: Not just another fork, but a blockchain that solves Bitcoin’s blind spot.
Lead global conversation: The fate of Satoshi’s wallet will dominate media and academic discussion.
Fuel ecosystem growth: Lost assets become resources for adoption, development, and outreach.
Conclusion
Whale Hunting is more than a technical experiment.
It is a strategic innovation that:
Removes Bitcoin’s greatest uncertainty,
Creates unique value through lost-coin conversion, and
Pushes BTCMobick from a local community token to a global blockchain movement.
BTCMobick is not just an investment asset.
It is the living reenactment of philosophical insights about Bitcoin by Oh Tae-min.
Now, BTCMobick rises as the modern David—awakening the silent whale of Bitcoin and cutting through uncertainty with clarity and purpose.
