From Yecheon to Daejeon

January 24, 2026. KT Daejeon Human Resources Development Center. Surpassing the 586 of the first edition in Yecheon, 649 participants gathered in Daejeon.

Crypto Circuit #2 broadened the program's scope. Beyond the Bitcoin whitepaper and crypto trends, it introduced a new dimension: cognitive psychology. The message was clear — to truly invest, you need to understand not just technology, but also the human mind and behavior behind financial decisions.

Morning Session: Continuing the Whitepaper

The morning began at 10:00 AM with CTO Lee Kangwon's "Reading the Bitcoin Whitepaper — Part 2." Building on the first session held in Yecheon, this 75-minute deep dive tackled more advanced technical content, elevating participants' understanding of blockchain to the next level.

Afternoon Session: Where Technology Meets Psychology

The afternoon opened with Professor Oh Taemin (Hanyang University)'s "2026 Crypto Trends." Over 90 minutes, he mapped out the key movements and shifts in the crypto market for 2026, providing participants with a macro-level perspective on where the industry is headed.

The highlight of the second edition was undoubtedly Professor Kim Kyungil (Ajou University, Department of Psychology)'s lecture on "The Psychology of Wealth." Widely recognized as a cognitive psychologist through programs like tvN's Fortunately, an Adult and EBS's Class e, Professor Kim spent 90 minutes unpacking the relationship between assets, psychology, and investment behavior. His message — that understanding the human psychology behind charts and numbers is essential for genuine investing — left a deep impression on many participants.

The day concluded with a discussion led by Metanomia researcher Jin Sunghoon on "The Mediatization of Assets," exploring how the concept of assets is evolving in the digital era.

649: A Growing Circuit

From 586 in the first edition to 649 in the second. On the surface it's a simple increase, but this growth proves that Crypto Circuit is not a one-off event but an education program with sustained demand.

The addition of an external speaker like Professor Kim Kyungil also signals that Crypto Circuit is not a program confined within the BTCMobick ecosystem, but one that connects to a broader knowledge network.

The tour continues.
